Cleanups
Yard cleanup and seasonal clearing in Brawley, CA
A one-time reset for a yard that has got away from you. I clear it, sweep it, and haul the lot off site, so you get back a yard you can either enjoy or start maintaining.
- One visit for most yards
- Everything hauled off site
- No ongoing commitment
What a cleanup covers
Every yard is different, so the estimate says exactly which of these are in your price.
Leaves and debris cleared
Off the lawn, out of the beds, off the walkways and the driveway.
Weeds pulled and cut back
Including the ones that have got into gravel, cracks, and along fence lines.
Overgrowth cut back
Shrubs, hedges, and anything that has grown across a path, a gate, or a window.
Beds tidied and edged
So the shape of the yard is visible again instead of everything blurring together.
Everything hauled off site
It goes in my truck and leaves. No bags at the kerb, no pile behind the shed.
A final sweep before I go
Walkways and driveway blown clean, so the difference is obvious from the street.
Who calls me for a cleanup
It is rarely people whose yard is nearly fine. It is usually one of these.
A rental between tenants
You have a short window and it needs to look lettable. These are usually one visit and I can work to a date.
A house going on the market
The yard is the first thing a buyer sees from the kerb, and it is the cheapest thing on the property to fix before photos.
A yard that got away from you
Illness, travel, a busy year, whatever it was. No judgement, and it is more common than you think.
After a wind storm
Branches down, debris everywhere, and you need it gone rather than raked into a corner.
A property you have just bought
You have inherited someone else’s overgrowth and want a clean slate to plan from.
Somewhere you look after from out of town
A relative’s place or a second property. I can send photos when it is done.
None of it commits you to anything ongoing. Plenty of people book one cleanup and that is that, and plenty add regular lawn care afterwards to stop it happening again.
Before and after: a side yard in Brawley
Dry leaves and debris had built up along the walkway and under the shrub. Cleared, swept, and hauled off in one visit.
Before
Leaves and debris across the walkway and the dirt strip beside the shrub.
After
Same corner, cleared and swept. Everything hauled away with me.
What the work looks like
Real yards in Brawley and the Imperial Valley. No stock photos.

What it costs
Priced on the size of the yard, how bad it has got, and how much there is to haul away. That last part is usually the biggest factor. Written price before I start.
Refer a friend or neighbour who books a job and your next service is 5% off. That is the only discount I run, so the price you are quoted is already my best one.

Questions about yard cleanup and seasonal clearing
How long does a cleanup take?
Most yards are a single visit. A property that has been left for a year or more can take longer, and I will tell you that at the estimate rather than discovering it on the day.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes, all of it, in my truck, the same day. Hauling is included in the price you are quoted.
My yard is really bad. Will you still take it on?
Almost certainly yes. Overgrown yards are a normal part of the work and I have seen worse than you think.
Can you keep it looking like that afterwards?
Yes, and it is a lot cheaper than paying for the same cleanup again next year. A lot of people book the cleanup first and add weekly or bi-weekly lawn care once they see the difference.
Can you do it before a specific date?
Usually. Tell me the date when you call. Rental turnovers and pre-sale photos are common reasons people need one and I plan around them.
