Lawn Care and Maintenance
Weekly or bi-weekly visits that keep your lawn even, green, and edged. This is the service most of my customers start with.

Shaping, thinning, and safe removal of dead or low branches, so your trees stay healthy and stop crowding the roof, the fence, or the walkway.

A new lawn that actually takes root here. I prep the soil first, because sod laid on bad ground looks great in spring and is gone by August.

Here’s what I’d tell you on the phone. Find the problem that sounds like yours.
“My grass is patchy or dead in spots”
Start with a sprinkler check. Nine times out of ten it’s coverage, not the grass. If the lawn won’t come back, then new sod.
“The yard is overgrown and I don’t know where to start”
A one-time yard cleanup to reset it, then weekly lawn care so it stays that way.
“My water bill jumped and I don’t know why”
Irrigation maintenance. It’s usually a leaking valve or a head stuck open, and it’s cheap to find.
“Branches are over my roof, fence, or driveway”
Tree trimming. Better to shape it now than to deal with what a wind storm does to it.
“I want the whole yard redone”
Landscape design. We plan it around your space first, then I install it.
“I just want it mowed so I stop thinking about it”
Lawn care and maintenance, weekly or every two weeks. Month to month, no contract.

No packages, no sales pitch. Here’s exactly how you get a number from me.
I look at the yard in person
Photos don’t show slope, soil, or how bad the roots are. I come out and see it, which is free and takes about 20 minutes.
You get the price in writing
Priced on size, condition, and how much work it actually needs. No obligation to book after you get it.
That price is the price
It doesn’t change unless you ask for more work. If I find something mid-job, I stop and tell you before I touch it.
Refer someone, get 5% off
If a friend or neighbor books a job because of you, your next service is 5% off. That’s the only discount I run.

Questions about my services
What’s included in weekly lawn care?
Mowing, edging, and blowing off the walkways on every visit, plus weed control and fertilizing on a schedule. Clippings get bagged and hauled away, so you’re not left with bags at the curb.
Do I have to sign a contract for regular service?
No. Weekly and bi-weekly lawn care is month to month. If you want to pause for a season or stop altogether, just tell me.
Do you bring your own equipment and haul the debris away?
Yes. I bring everything I need and take all the clippings, branches, and debris with me when I go. You don’t need anything on site.
Can I book a one-time job instead of regular service?
Yes. Cleanups, tree trimming, sod installs, and sprinkler repairs are all one-time jobs. A lot of customers start with one of those and add regular lawn care later.
How do you decide what a job costs?
I price on the size of the yard, its condition, and how much work it actually needs, after I’ve looked at it in person. You get the number in writing before I start, and it doesn’t change unless you ask for more work.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
Tell me before I leave and I’ll fix it that day. If something comes up later, call me and I’ll come back out. I live in Brawley, so my name is on every yard I touch.
